ABOUT

Attorney Kelley is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. He is a graduate of Massachusetts School of Law, and holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Curry College.

As an Intern for the Essex County District Attorney's Office, Law Offices of Brian Fahy and the Law of Office of Leigh Panettiere, he assisted with cases in criminal prosecution, criminal defense and labor law issues. 

 

Attorney Kelley is accredited by the Department of Veteran Affairs where he assists Veterans with various legal matters, including disability benefits.

Attorney Kelley is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran who served with the Military Police in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon completion of his deployment, he worked as a Corrections Officer and Deputy Sheriff for Plymouth County.

In addition to his police duties, he was elected as President of the Police Union where he represented his colleagues in official matters and negotiations. His bravery as an officer was acknowledged by the Massachusetts Police Association two times being awarded the Medal of Valor.

Attorney Kelley’s dedication to public service led him to become a Police Officer for the Plymouth Police Department in Massachusetts. He served with the Department for twelve years.
